A starter program for working with AI
This program teaches one capability: working with AI so that real work gets done, safely, with less of your time. Not prompting tricks, not tool reviews. The operating skills that stay true whichever tools you use, and that most people never get taught at all.
It is built around failures with documented, real-world costs: lawyers sanctioned in court for filing AI-invented citations, a company legally held to a policy its own chatbot made up, agents that report work they never did. Every lesson here exists because skipping it has a price someone has already paid.
By the end of the program you can: explain what an AI model actually does and predict where it fails, turn AI from an adviser into a worker, verify both its claims and its actions, structure your information so delegation is safe, and operate several AI workers at once without collisions.
The method is Socratic. Each lesson asks you the question before giving you the answer, then has you practice for real, then checks you again days later. People who get handed answers memorize them. People who derive answers own them.
Thirteen lessons in four modules: Foundations, Delegation, Structure, Operations. Sixty seconds of questions first, to find your starting point.
